Contacted SR Technicool for a quote on an air conditioner installation. Gaby responded to my query with quick and efficient communication; I had a quote within the hour and a confirmed date for the installation. On the day of installation, Markus and Fulu arrived 15 minutes early and were ready to go. They assessed the area where I wanted the air conditioner to be installed, and my quote was updated to include additional items since it wasn’t a back-to-back installation. Again, I received the updated quote shortly after Markus explained what was required. I accepted, and they proceeded with the installation.
Whenever I had questions about how things worked or how the trunking would be placed, Markus provided clear and concise explanations. They really knew what they were doing — far beyond what I expected. I contacted SR Technicool on a Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon, the installation was complete. The work is neat and looks very professional.

I want to thank SR Technicool for their great service. The technicians they sent out to me really knew what they were doing. I've been owning air conditioners for over 25 years, and every time the air conditioner was serviced, I was on the premises, watching what they were doing.
You see, most of them will simply use a little sprayer to spray the fins of the air conditioner. However, these technicians really take the whole air conditioner apart and clean every single part, including the spindle that drives the fan. Balancing it and cleaning it thoroughly outside, where most air conditioner service technicians clean it by spraying it and rubbing it with a brush, makes a mess with all the water all over the floor.
So this is top-notch service. The staff is friendly, and they really know what they're doing. Thank you very much, SR Technicool, for your excellent service. I will be using you guys again.
